Our Shipping Policy

DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Customers in the NY Tri-State Area will have the option to use Aresco Allied as a shipping option.  These products will be delivered by an Aresco truck. Our other standard shipping method is UPS ground. If UPS Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air service is required,please select that option in the checkout section of the website. For any questions about special freight terms, please contact Aresco at 516-433-7440. Aresco has the ability to ship using FED-EX if the customer requests this service.Please note that when you select an air shipment option, you are selecting the time in transit. For example a Next-Day Air shipment choice will typically arrive in 1-2 business days. Customer accepts sole responsibility for freight and insurance, payment of any and all applicable tax, with respect to the Order. SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME
Orders will be processed that same day and barring any kinds of holds, credit card hold, inventory issue, etc. will be shipped within 24 hrs of placement. We strive to provide timely delivery. The shipping cutoff is around 3:00 eastern time.  Aresco has daily UPS pick up, and the ability to ship from one of out 7 warehouses nationwide.  If you would have any questions regarding your order, please contact the Aresco at 516-433-7440.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Aresco inc. observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders on the following days. Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and January 1.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 International Orders are accepted, and can be processed and shipped to limited countries.  Customers will be responsible for any import / export charges that may apply.  International customers are required to provide purchase orders,  that must be signed emailed, and faxed.  Aresco will only accept US currency.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 
Returns Policy

You can return new, unopened items from an order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. For more information on cancelling orders and returning items please call our office.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the customer didn't need the items or were ordered in error, the customer will be responsible for shipping the products back to Aresco.

All Returns require a RMA form to be completed by the customer. By returning any items, the customer acknowledges and is aware there may be a restocking fee included.  All Returns are all treated individually, case by case and some will be eligible for a full refund, while others may see a restocking fee from 20%-50%. Aresco's restocking fees are based on the manufacturers guidelines. Custom products or modified products are not eligible for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
