Aresco accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. A signed Credit Card Authorization form, and additional Faxed/emailed information may be required for orders over $2,000. Customers must contact our office to get that form. Orders will be classified as Pended until the paperwork and approvals are complete. This could happen within the same business day.
We do not accept any international forms of payment.
Existing local customers in the Tri-State /Long Island Area may pay for their products using the Aresco Open Account feature only. These customers already filled out a credit application and have a standing open account with Aresco. Those Customers will be billed, within their credit terms for the credit application. Customers who use that feature unauthorized, will be notified, and their order will be voided. Credit privileges could be revoked if invoices are not paid within terms. If you are located in our area, and would like to take advantage of using an open account, please call us to get a credit application.
For Customers who have an open account with Aresco. ARESCO INC .reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per month on all accounts not paid within our terms of net 60 days. In the event the services of an attorney become necessary to secure payment of this account or any invoice, there shall be added to the amount due and be collectible, 30% of the amount due which it is agreed represents reasonable attorney's fees.All orders placed by you must be approved by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department or service provider. In certain circumstances, we may require additional verification's or information before accepting your order. In addition, credit card payments are subject to clearance by the bank or other financial institution that issued your credit card. Aresco will not be liable if the bank or financial institution refuses to approve or honor your credit card
For purchase order payments from Schools, Government Agencies, Townships, or any other entity - Please call us to set up an Account, to ensure billing is correct. Once approved, we will cater the website to fit your criteria and you may purchase online using your government account.
We accept advance payments by company check or money order. Please call 516-433-7440 to have a sales invoice emailed to you for the total of the purchase. All checks must clear our bank before shipment is made.
Payment terms are within Aresco's sole and absolute discretion and, unless otherwise agreed to by Aresco in writing, payment must be received by Aresco prior to Aresco's acceptance of your order. Payment for any product or service purchased through Aresco must be made by credit card unless some other form of payment is arranged between you and Aresco in writing.
