ASDSP Wide Format Printer Color Webinar
Yesterday, Aresco was lucky enough to have our own Denny Mezzapesa featured as a panelist for the APDSP "Wide Format Color Webinar". Formerly known as the IRgA, the Association of Printing and Data Solutions was hosting a webinar for it's members. The webinar was intended to teach reprographic shops throughout North America about current wide format color printers. The webinar featured four panelists, each with their own expertise and experiences with their printer. Trent Ainsworth from Beeline & Blue talked about the HP Pagewide printer, Greg Davis talked about the KIP 860 printer, Adam Garnett talked about the Vortex printer, and Denny spoke about some of the Canon printers we have in house. All four panelists talked about the functionality and the reliability of each printer. The panelists talked about costs, and their expectations of the printers. At the end of each panelists comments, their was an area for members to ask questions. The webinar lasted an hour, and everyone involved feels it was a great success.
"Ed Avis at ASDSP is doing an excellent job of bringing repographers together to educate themselves, and allow them to make the best choices for their business. These webinar's are a powerful tool for a repographer. It could have them tens of thousands of dollars if they choice the wrong printer for their shops. It felt great to be a small help to a bigger cause." said Denny Mezzapesa after the webinar.
Aresco feels it was a great honor to work with the ASPSP, and Aresco hopes to do more work with them in the future.
